Short & Long Run Solutions:

In order to address the ongoing challenges associated with operating in rented premises, the following strategic recommendations are presented:

  1. Short-Term Objective - Leasing a Building: Operating and maintaining a school consistently presents significant logistical and operational obstacles. A practical short-term measure to reduce dependency on rented premises involves leasing a suitable building for a duration of 5 to 10 years. The primary advantage of leasing lies in the stability it provides during the specified term, thereby eliminating the disruptions caused by frequent relocations. This stability would enable the institution to establish itself more effectively and create an environment conducive to learning and growth.

That said, it must be emphasized that leasing a building is a financially demanding undertaking, requiring a substantial investment estimated between PKR 1,500,000 and 2,000,000 (approximately USD 8,000 to 10,000).

At present, the school is unable to pursue leasing due to prevailing financial constraints.

Short-Term and Long-Term Strategic Goals:

The frequent relocation of the school over the years has adversely impacted its reputation and standing within the community. As such, it is strongly recommended that efforts be concentrated on securing a building for an extended period, ideally 5 to 10 years. This approach would not only provide operational stability but also contribute to the long-term growth of the institution, bolstering its credibility and strengthening its ties with the community.

Short-Term Goal:

Leasing a Building: The immediate objective is to secure a lease for a building that meets the school's requirements for a term of 5 to 10 years. Despite current financial limitations, the school remains dedicated to identifying viable solutions to achieve this goal and is committed to working towards this essential milestone to ensure operational consistency and institutional development.
