Challenges of the Project:

To run and sustain this school is & has never been easy from its beginning till now (2008-2026). The basic reason is that school has been fighting battle to run and sustain it. Main focus has been on paying off salaries & building rent. Even the school had not enough financial sources but still God continue to bless it in one or other way. School was started in faith and trusting God that “He will provide for His work”.

 

The biggest challenge today and since establishment has been that the school wants to help and bless every student in meeting their all-basic needs but it could not be accomplished due to “Severe Financial Crisis”.

 

The other challenge has been the lack of proper building specially the rented building.  These challenges are big hurdles in the accomplishment of vision & sustaining the school at long term basis.

 

Thanks God in spite of all these hurdles & challenges He is sustaining this school for His purpose, work & glory. Amen.

 

 School right now is facing many challenges. Some of these challenges are listed below:

 

Major Challenges:

 

1. Non-Payment of Monthly Tuition Fee: - School has never focused on the collection of Monthly School Tuition Fee since its establishment (2008-2019) & will never in future too. The purpose of school is not to collect fee but to provide the best facilities as much as possible to the students & their families to educate their children. Admission is totally free and every student at the time of admission is provided complementary set of notebooks (6 copies) & stationary package (free of cost) to the all the new students. School has now set the nominal monthly fee 100/- (In US Dollar it is 0.66 dollar). The majority of students is not even

 

able to pay this nominal fee due to poverty and poor financial conditions. This puts extra burden on school to meet day to day needs.

 

1. Lowest Salary Package: - The other major challenge school going through is the present Lowest Staff Salary Package. It is not good enough to meet the family needs while the ratio of dearness is very high comparing to the present salaries. Right now School is not able to offer the Handsome Salary Package to the staff as there is not enough financial support Due to this factor school cannot hire trained, skilled & qualified staff.

 

 

2. Rented Building / Quick Continuous Movement: - One of the biggest challenge school is facing through its establishment in year 2008 is the Rented Building for school. Till year 2026 school has been moved around at least 6 times due to unexpected circumstances and unwillingness of landlords.

 

The biggest demerit of rented building is that the local community does not put its full trust in school as it knows it can be moved any time anywhere.

 

In case of moving school need to hire another building in the same locality and many times there are not good buildings but if there is any the landlords have higher demands for paying off Security Deposit & Monthly Rent. The other problem in paying off big amount of Security Deposit is that the landlord wants to cut off major amount from deposit in different ways and school cannot do anything. This means to hire building again school has to pay off deposit to the new landlord which gets big issue for school.

 

So Bigger building means bigger amount of Security Deposit (Refundable at the time of vacation) & Monthly Rent. Till to date (2026) School has not been able to get some bigger, suitable & presentable building due to lack of financial sources. Building is very important & backbone of school to sustain this educational project.
